A few quick reminders before the end of the year: Get your 2015 foals registered by December 31st, price goes up as of January 1st. Entry in the ATAA Logowear raffle; join or renew by December 31st and get an entry into the Logowear raffle, drawn on January 1st, 2016. Save the dates: 2016 Rare Breeds Show June 14th, 15th and 16th in Lexington, VA – Teke and Teke cross day June 15th and the ATAA Annual Meeting on the 14th. The ATAA has had another year with a growing Akhal-Teke population, an expanding and active membership and an exciting upcoming event, the 2016 Rare Breeds Show with a day devoted to Akhal-Tekes and Akhal-Teke sporthorses. We would like to encourage everyone to do whatever they can to help us continue the stewardship and preservation of this wonderful breed by either becoming ATAA members, donating towards ongoing projects or by participating in the 2016 Rare Breeds Show. Below is our Annual Report from the past year. We have been doing more work on promotion and education about the breed by producing a new HorseFlicks Akhal-Teke DVD and we are seeing results!
