We're now counting down to the start of the SANA West Rare Breeds Show, May 9-12th during the Western States Horse Expo near Sacramento, CA. We have our RBS T-shirts ordered (Thank you to The Painting Pony, as always!) Each Exhibitor and volunteer will get one! Two colors, blue and gray. Our postcards (which will be added into the WSHE spectator packets, given out with admission, have arrived.  Ribbons and Awards are ordered, including those sponsor paid for awards for the Most Versatile Awards- these are test patches that will go on the nice FinnTack coolers. Our Saturday night BBQ Meet and Greet is set up - get your orders in now! Regular BBQ - Tri-tip, Chicken and sides Vegan/Vegetarian - Portobello mushrooms and sides Approximately 7 pm, place TBD, catered by BlackJack Grill - $20 per person  And, last but not least, our Show Program is at the printers now! A huge shout out to Yorke McGillivray for her design and hard work! Thank you!

Come and visit with other exhibitors, volunteers, judges, etc! Catered by Black Jack Grill, Texas style BBQ with vegan and vegetarian options!  BBQ Tri-Tip, Chicken, Portabello Mushrooms, Green salad with dressing on the side, Baked Beans, no meat.
Get your tickets by May 5th, so we can give numbers to the caterer. $20 per person, beverages included. Make sure you click on the correct button, so we get the right numbers! See you there! Entries have closed for the SANA West Rare Breed Show. Does this mean that if you are already participating and decide to try something new, you can't? OF COURSE NOT! We will take late entries (you won't be in the show program and you need to pay a premium). Late entries for classes are $25, Clinics are $40. Dressage and Obstacle Clinics are both full, In-Hand Presentation is still open and possibly the Jumping Clinic. We'll see you at the Show!  |
