ATAA Breed Show Entry form. Please send 1 (one) copy per horse to ATAA, 21314 129th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98296 OR email each copy to [email protected]. ALL FEES, BOTH ATAA AND SANA and ALL FORMS, BOTH ATAA AND SANA, must be completed and sent to the proper people to get your entries in. Check list:
1. If you have a Teke or Teke cross, this is for you. Anyone else needs to go directly to the SANA page for their classes.
2. Find your Breed Classes (such as #144 -2 year old colts and geldings in-hand )
3. Fill out the ATAA entry form for Breed Classes only #136 - #155
4. Fill out the SANA entry forms for ALL OTHER CLASSES, including Jumping, Hunters, Dressage and Obstacles, Best Hoof, and leadline, stabling forms, sign the liability waiver and send this plus any other requested items; registration eligibility, coggins, health cert to SANA, NOT the ATAA, along with your check for stabling and SANA classes
5. Send ATAA entry form with ATAA monies ONLY (Breed (in-hand and ridden) classes are $25 a class) to 21314 129th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98296 (or email me at [email protected])
6. You will receive confirmation emails from both SANA and ATAA.
