 From Cascade Gold Akhal-Tekes: We're back from the Grizzly Endurance Ride in Madras, OR. It was lovely to ride in the sunshine on dry ground! Galen and I got 5th place in the 30 (actually 32) mile ride and were 3rd for BC, Wendy and Allie were 24th in the 50, and Monica and Danny were a few minutes overtime in the 32, but finished with all A's on his vet card and a happy look. Our next ride is Mt. Adams on May 19th.

The Tekes program provides support for research and development in the field of renewable energy technologies. The project is focused on developing a new type of solar cell, which is more efficient than conventional solar cells and also has a longer lifetime.
