Clinics - Open to all exhibitors

 

Jumping Clinic with Nicole Fowler 
 
Exhibitors must wear suitable, safe footwear, and proper helmets or appropriate head ware for the classes or discipline in which they are riding for all ridden or discipline classes.  All classes require safe tack and equipment.  Except where noted, entries will not be judged on grooming, tack or clothing, however, appropriate turnout, gear, and clothing are encouraged. No breed score given.
 
JUMPING CLINIC – DESCRIPTION
Nicole Fowler will work with clinic entries in a small group lesson format.  Entries will be grouped based on experience level of horse and rider.  Lessons would be one to one and a half hours.  Clinician will work with clinic participants on skill improvement and will work with participants to understand what they want to take away from the clinic.  Entries will be limited to ensure a reasonable class size, so please – register early!  Entries close April 1st.

DRESSAGE CLINIC – DESCRIPTION

Obstacles Clinic with Dr. Molly Nicodemus

OBSTACLES CLINIC – IN HAND DESCRIPTION
Dr. Molly Nicodemus will work with clinic entries on completing basic obstacles in the arena.  Horses and handlers will work on patterns over and around poles, through gates, and maybe even over a bridge.  Obstacles will be basic and the focus of the clinic will be to build the confidence and experience of both you and your horse.  The clinic format will be a one to one and a half hour group lesson.  Entries will be limited to ensure a reasonable class size, so please – register early!  Entries close April 1st.

IN-HAND PRESENTATION CLINIC – DESCRIPTION
Dr. Molly Nicodemus will work with clinic entries on basic in-hand presentation for shows and competitions.  She will work with participants on basic handling and presentation skills and share her experience on what judges are looking for when you and your horse step into the show ring.  All ages of horse and handler are welcome as long as the horse is under control. The clinic format will be a one to one and a half hour group lesson.  Entries will be limited to ensure a reasonable class size, so please – register early!  Entries close April 1st.
