The ATAA would like to congratulate Caroline Dudkowski for winning our "Volunteer of the Year" award. Thank you to Caroline and all our other wonderful volunteers and volunteer nominees. The ATAA and our membership would like to congratulate Laura Spear and her Akhal-Teke Sporthorse Diesel on winning our "Horse of the Year" award. Thank you to everyone that participated! Hi everyone, We had a fantastic week in sunny, (then chilly) Pennsylvania at Dressage at Devon. Several people told me that they took time off from work and came specifically to see our Tekes in their various classes! The General Membership Meeting Minutes and a full recap will come very soon, but today we want to let everyone know our new Board of Directors members. We had 4 well-qualified nominees, thank you to Gretta Teets of TX, Cindy Sither of KY, Laura Spear of OR and Dean Miller of FL. We’d also like to shout out a huge THANK YOU to retiring BOD members Catrina Quantrell and Betsy Wandler. Both ladies have done a wonderful job for the past several years and will continue to volunteer on the Awards Committee. Drum roll please…… Our new BOD members are: Gretta Teets of Texas and Cindy Sither of Kentucky. We will be having our new BOD meeting via conference call soon and will send minutes out to the membership after it. The ATAA BOD  |
